Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Swiss chard chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Swiss chard, shredded Cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great as a side dish or a main course. You can add cooked chicken or sausage for extra protein.
