Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the tomatoes with the bread crumb mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the tomatoes are tender.
