Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the tomatoes with the bread crumb mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the tomatoes are tender.
