Ingredients:

  • 4 artichokes trimmed and cleaned
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stuff the artichokes with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the stuffed artichokes in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
