Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well to combine.
In a baking dish, layer half of the corn tortillas, followed by half of the beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and sour cream before serving.
