Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 10 count Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well to combine.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the corn tortillas, followed by half of the beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and sour cream before serving.
