Fresh spinach

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks until smooth. Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold the chopped spinach into the egg yolk mixture. Then gently fold in the beaten egg whites until just combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a handful of grated cheddar cheese to the mixture.
