Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, spinach, Gruyere cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into the dish.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese on top before the final bake for an extra cheesy crust.
