Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, spinach, Gruyere cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into the dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more cheese on top before the final bake for an extra cheesy crust.
