Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Add ground sausage to the skillet, cook until browned.
Prepare stovetop stuffing according to package instructions, using chicken broth instead of water.
In a baking dish, combine cooked sausage mixture and prepared stuffing. Mix well.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving to set.
