Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage ground
  • 1 box Stovetop Stuffing
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add ground sausage to the skillet, cook until browned.
  • Prepare stovetop stuffing according to package instructions, using chicken broth instead of water.
  • In a baking dish, combine cooked sausage mixture and prepared stuffing. Mix well.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving to set.
