Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bacon, cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped green onions for extra flavor.
