Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bacon, cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped green onions for extra flavor.
