Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork ground
  • 1 cup Rice uncooked
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
