In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
