Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pinto Beans cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pinto beans, sour cream, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
