sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

pineapple chunks, drained

butter, melted

Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cheese. Add the drained pineapple chunks and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over the pineapple mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Notes:
Best served warm. Great as a side dish for ham or turkey.
