Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cheese. Add the drained pineapple chunks and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over the pineapple mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Notes:

Best served warm. Great as a side dish for ham or turkey.
