Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until beef is browned. Drain fat.
  • Stir in tomato soup, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Combine noodles and beef mixture in a casserole dish. Top with cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies or spices to taste.
