Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Zucchini
  • 1 cup Cooked Pasta
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
