Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Tortilla Chips crushed
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheese, and salsa.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the tortilla chip mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
