Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 oz
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the meat layer.
  • In another bowl, mix soup and milk, then pour over cheese.
  • Arrange tater tots on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.

Notes:

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
