Onion, chopped

Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Cream of Mushroom Soup

Milk

Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk. Set aside.
In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, then half of the meat mixture, and half of the soup mixture. Repeat layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
