Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles, ricotta cheese, beef sauce, and shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers.
Top with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with a mix of sautéed vegetables.
