Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 pieces lasagna noodles, cooked

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
  • Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles, ricotta cheese, beef sauce, and shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  • Top with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with a mix of sautéed vegetables.
