Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, butter, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooked egg noodles and sliced kielbasa sausage to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
