Ingredients:

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the cooked egg noodles and sliced kielbasa sausage to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
