Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb corned beef chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 0.25 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, dill pickles, and caraway seeds.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a crispier top, you can broil the casserole for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
