Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 slices Keto bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • Cut the keto bread into cubes and place them in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, melted butter, and erythritol.
  • Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, making sure they are well coated.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
