uncooked pasta
(elbow macaroni or similar)

shredded cheddar cheese

dried oregano

tsp
dried basil

salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
