Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned.
Add salt, pepper, and tomato sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Layer sliced zucchini in a baking dish. Pour the turkey mixture over the zucchini.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
