Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned.
  • Add salt, pepper, and tomato sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Layer sliced zucchini in a baking dish. Pour the turkey mixture over the zucchini.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
