Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and spread the cubed English muffins evenly in the dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the diced Canadian bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the English muffins.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning.
