Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 whole English Muffins cut into cubes
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 slices Canadian Bacon diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and spread the cubed English muffins evenly in the dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the diced Canadian bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the English muffins.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning.
