Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, diced ham, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or swap the ham for bacon or sausage.
