Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded crab meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
Spread cooked sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
Spread the crab mixture over the rice.
Sprinkle furikake on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve with nori strips and enjoy!
Notes:
This dish is best served warm and can be paired with a side of pickled ginger and wasabi for an extra kick.
