Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp furikake Japanese seasoning
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips for serving

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded crab meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
  • Spread cooked sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
  • Spread the crab mixture over the rice.
  • Sprinkle furikake on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve with nori strips and enjoy!

Notes:

This dish is best served warm and can be paired with a side of pickled ginger and wasabi for an extra kick.
