Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for leftovers and can be easily reheated.
