cream of mushroom soup

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

frozen tater tots
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is great for leftovers and can be easily reheated.
