Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in tomato sauce and frozen peas. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and beef mixture. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
