Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  • Place the bread cubes in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over the bread.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Best served warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
