shredded cheddar cheese

refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread one can of chili in the bottom of a baking dish.
Place hot dogs on top of the chili.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the hot dogs.
Spread the second can of chili over the cheese.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it over the top of the chili.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
