Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes prepared
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the diced onions, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Spread the prepared mashed potatoes over the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other toppings like bacon bits or green onions for extra flavor.
