Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onions, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Spread the prepared mashed potatoes over the beef mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other toppings like bacon bits or green onions for extra flavor.
