Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a baking dish, combine the cauliflower, ground beef, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
