Ingredients:

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a baking dish, combine the cauliflower, ground beef, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
