Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and add to the blueberry mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla extract. Pour over the blueberry and biscuit mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Best served warm. You can add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
