Ingredients:

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese or bacon if you like it extra cheesy or meaty!
