Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 medium Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Green Beans, drained
  • 1 can Corn, drained
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, ground beef, chopped onion, green beans, and corn.
  • 3. Pour the tomato soup over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  • 5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
  • 6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This dish is great for leftovers and can be frozen for later use.
