Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, corn, black beans, and salsa. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheese.
Prepare cornbread mix according to package instructions and spread over the beef mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until cornbread is golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
