Ingredients:

  • 6 Waffles pre-cooked
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the pre-cooked waffles into bite-sized pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the waffles, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
