drained and rinsed

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Arrange the frozen taquitos in the baking dish.
Spread the black beans and corn evenly over the taquitos.
Pour the salsa over the top.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the salsa.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with sour cream on the side.
Notes:
This casserole is a great way to use up leftover taquitos. Customize with your favorite toppings!
