Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar together. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Fold in the cooked noodles and raisins (if using).
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add a sprinkle of cinnamon or powdered sugar on top before serving for extra flavor.
