Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, and shredded cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the spinach mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
