Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Stir to combine.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and the meat sauce mixture. Mix well.
Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
