Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 6 slices Bread, cubed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
