Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 2 cups Sauerkraut
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a casserole dish, layer the sausage, sauerkraut, onion, and potatoes.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

For a spicier version, use hot sausage.
