sauerkraut, drained

thousand island dressing
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
For a crispy top, sprinkle with breadcrumbs before baking.
