Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup chopped onions
  • 0.25 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread refried beans in a casserole dish.
  • Layer with chopped onions and bell peppers.
  • Sprinkle cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour salsa over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Serve hot with tortilla chips or a side of rice.
