Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, and melted butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.

Notes:

For a crispy top, you can add some breadcrumbs before baking.
