Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, and melted butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
Notes:
For a crispy top, you can add some breadcrumbs before baking.
