Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Red Beans
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked red beans, cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped onions.
  • Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked sausage or chicken for extra protein.
