Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 units eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the raisins, milk, sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Best served warm. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for extra indulgence.
