In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
In a baking dish, layer 3 tortillas on the bottom. Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas. Repeat with another layer of tortillas and the remaining beef mixture.
Top with the remaining tortillas, salsa, and the rest of the shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
