Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups crushed potato chips
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup diced onions
  • 0.5 cup diced celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, onions, celery, salt, and pepper.
  • In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the crushed potato chips.
  • Spread the chicken mixture over the chips.
  • Top with remaining potato chips and shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
