Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked rice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix tomato soup and water. Pour over the meatballs.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the rice is tender.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the meat mixture for extra flavor.
