Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Uncooked rice
  • 1 can Tomato soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked rice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix tomato soup and water. Pour over the meatballs.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the rice is tender.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the meat mixture for extra flavor.
